In keeping with Dhaka Regency’s ongoing efforts to support regional culture, this event will showcase the distinctive and varied culinary customs that are an essential component of Bangladeshi identity. A range of regional and traditional dishes will be served at the event, all created by well-known local chefs who specialize in creating classic flavors with a contemporary touch.
In addition to vegetarian options like dal with drumstick shoots, bamboo shoot curry, laukhatta, shabji labra, and many more, food lovers will enjoy authentic local dishes like biriyani cooked inside bamboo stalks, choijhal gosht, shatkora chicken, and koi paturi. For desserts, we are introducing unusual and lesser-known dishes with a special emphasis on traditional cakes. A vast selection of food will be available for guests to savor, including beloved favorites like Panta Ilish, Bhuna Khichuri, and Hilsa Paturi as well as a range of regional curries and desserts. Every dish will be thoughtfully chosen to showcase the complex flavors and time-honored cooking methods passed down through the generations.
