With the world’s largest sea beach, Bangladesh is blessed with an abundance of stunning coastal destinations. Our country boasts breathtaking natural landscapes, with its sea beaches standing out as some of the most remarkable. In this comprehensive article, we aim to provide you with insights into the sea beaches of Cox’s Bazar, aiding your decision-making process when planning a trip with friends and family.

    Patuartek Beach

Patuartek is located approximately 30 km from the main Cox’s Bazar city and around 6 km from the Inani Sea Beach. Although it is a great attraction for tourists, many of the people haven’t heard the name of the beach that much. Hence, it remained unpopular and only few tourists visit this place. However, with the help of social media, and many other travel organizations, the place is starting to get new tourist at present and hopefully in future it may even surpass the popularity of the main Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach.

The beach here is quite clean and bluish compared to other beaches of Cox’s Bazar. You can also observe pebbles and rocks of different sizes a bit similar to Saint Martin. Beside, there are other activities such as quad bikes, horse riding etc. If you hire a quad bike, you’ll be able to see these red crabs. The quad bike drivers will take you to another part of the beach where the crabs can be mostly seen. You can also walk there and find out if you don’t want to waste money on hiring the bikes. Make sure if you visit Cox’s Bazar, you visit Patuartek once. Hopefully you’ll be amazed by the beauty of this place. The place is easily accessible as you can hire jeep /auto rickshaws/ cngs from the Kolatoli point. They will take you there through the marine drive road. The best time to get to this place is in the morning and return back before the evening since there aren’t any accommodation for staying.

    Sohnkhali Beach

Sohnkhali Beach, situated 36 km from Kolatoli, is renowned for its picturesque coastline adorned with colorful fisherman boats known as sampans. These boats, a common sight along the beach, provide a unique charm to the scenery. Fishermen often use Sohnkhali as a resting spot to anchor their boats after fishing trips. The juxtaposition of vibrant sampans against the backdrop of the beautiful ocean creates a surreal ambiance. Due to its remote location, it’s recommended to start your journey early to fully enjoy the beach during daylight hours.

    Bestway Long Beach

The beach is situated alongside the Marine Drive road, 54 km from Kolatoli. Picture a quiet and beautiful beach with lines of trees adjoining the sand separating you from the serene looking sea and its blue water, giving you the dreamlike feeling that’s hard to come by in most popular sea beaches
